Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please make sure your name, phone number, address, and postal code are correct before placing the order.

Delivery estimates shown on the store or shared in order updates are estimates and may change because of carrier delays, location, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. Tracking details will be provided when they are available.

Preorder products are shipped after the stock arrives and the required payment is completed. A preorder ETA is an estimate and may change.

If you need to correct a delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.

For a damaged or incorrect product, follow our Refund and Replacement Policy. A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
