Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer Return or Replacement only in the following cases:
You received the wrong product
The product was damaged during delivery
Important:
To be eligible for return or replacement, you must provide clear video proof showing the issue at the time of unboxing.
The video must be recorded before opening or using the product, showing the parcel condition and the product clearly.
Return/Replacement Process:
You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for return or replacement as per availability.
Conditions:
No returns or replacements will be accepted without valid video proof.
Returns are not accepted for:
Change of mind or personal preference
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
Products customized or specially ordered for you
Return Shipping:
If eligible, we will guide you on the return shipping process.
We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged during the return shipment. Use a trackable and insured courierservice for returns.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed only if replacement is not possible.
We will use the same payment method used for your order.
Refund will be issued within 7-10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
